Classes for beginners, intermediates, and advanced adults are offered on a bi-weekly schedule. The students thoroughly learn the self-defense and hand-to-hand aspects of krav maga and its applications, while advancing from white belt degree to a black belt degree. The class instruction style promotes improvement of the five components of fitness such as muscular strength and endurance. Students advance in their own individual pace in correlation with their individual talents, goals, level of commitment dedication and discipline. The skills of this course are not limited by level of physical fitness, age or gender. The class curriculum authenticity enables prospective candidates to become certified krav maga instructors by the Israeli Krav Maga Association (IKMA), in addition to becoming certified by KMLA.
Classes in one-on-one environment are specifically tailored to cater the student's special needs and individual goals.
Courses are designed to teach a practical and effective approach for women to defend against violent assaults. Students will learn important tactical awareness methods and de-escalation techniques. Great emphasis is placed on development of fighting spirit. The hands-on physical training address defending verses common attacks against women including unfamiliar or adverse circumstances, such as in dark surrounding, while on the ground or with limited freedom of movement. The instructors make this course a highly beneficial and rewarding experience for participants, while delivering lessons in a non-threatening and emotionally supportive class setting.
Advanced set of seminars designed to teach practical and effective defensive tactics against single or multiple attackers armed with firearm, edged weapon, or blunt object. Special attention is given to third party protection scenarios.
Courses and seminars are specially designed to cater the agency particular needs and liability considerations. Supplemental tactical seminars led by world renowned professional instructors are available.
